Subject-Verb Agreement
Two or more subjects joined by "and" are consideraded plural and require a verb form without an "s". 1.- Taylor and his sisters come to my house this night for dinner. 2.- My mom and my dad watch a movie in the living rooom. 3.- My friends and my brothers friends like the same kind of music. 4.- Ana and her cousins drive a bicycle to the school everyday. 5.- David, Marvin and Diana gave me a cake for my birthday If a subject is modified by the words "each" or "every" that subject is singular and will take a verb form that ends in "s". 1.- Maria cooks for her mother everyday. 2.-She goes to work everyday in her car. 3.- She writes to his brother every day at the morning. 4.- She goes to the store every four days. 5.- Marcos drinks a lot of water every day.
